And the worst after sales service award goes to ...
If Mitsubishi was the last company on earth making air conditioners I would buy a hand fan. My staff and I have been suffering at the hands of this company's after sales and service staff since past 2 months. It seems their service guys are busier than a prositute in Germany during Football World Cup 2006. We have made so many calls to this guy that if I calculate the cost we could have bought a new compressor rather than wait 3 weeks for them to replace it on warranty. Then even when the compressor was put back all it does is blow benign air. The air conditioners effort to cool our room is as futile as it is to explain to a hick in Texas that Bush is actually bad for US and the world.
The guy has promised to show up today and if and when he does I plan on tying him to a chair, closing all the windows and letting him sweat it till his pants are a size large for him.

We r forever having mad problems with our AC...its always blowing icy cold wind...which wat u girls want...Its not nice when its freezin outside...n then u have to endure ur ass turnin to ice...

The guys turned up today, when I had spoken to the Regional Sales Manager. Jeez, now they have taken the whole unit back and will take another 2 days to fix it.
Asma, the guy was so skinny that I envied his waistline. So no use sweating him.

Dear All, Sorry for being AWOL but our net has been very moody this past week and half.
The A/C could not be fixed. It is still the same. I bullied my admin into giving me another A/c till they fixed this one. So It is finally cool!
I'll be posting soon. Maybe today or tomorrow. Miss you guys alot

well i dun't know wht was going at ur mind when u placed the order either it was cost or brand name... well in our office its working perfect but frankly speaking i m not satisfied with it too... iss say tow aacha china ka Nidus hai .. ;) or Pakistani Dawalance wahooo they have come up with great product... kahir now we need to live with our mistakes .. and i h0pe tht person shows up and had made all the possible things to get the ac working ... per humera kia ac hotay howay beee kaam nahi karta q k light nahi hai :) aur generator ac ko support nahi karta tow humeray pass cheez hotay howay bee hum istamal nahi kar saktay hai see this is life... :)
